• All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lashsociety.shop with your order number and a photo of the issue.
We’ll gladly assist in resolving the matter.

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. Please perform a patch test at least 24 hours before use.

• Improper application of our products resulting in under processed or over processed lashed. Please read instructions and follow timings carefully to ensure proper application.

• Delays or delivery issues caused by postal or courier services

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access
