Thank you for shopping with Lash Society. We want you to love your lash lift kit and beauty products, so we’ve outlined our returns and refunds policy below.

Change of Mind

We do not accept change of mind returns.

Please choose carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a product before ordering, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help you decide.

Faulty or Damaged Items

We take great care in packing your order, but if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damaged or faulty item

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@lashsociety.shop.
We’ll send out the correct product as quickly as possible, at no extra cost to you.

Please note if you open the wrong item we will not issue a refund as this item will be classed as used.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (e.g. PayPal or card) within 5–10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the item is faulty we will pay for the order to be shipped back.
If we have sent the wrong product, we will issue a refund as long as the item is unopened.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact the courier service to locate it.
If they are unable to help please contact us and we will do our best to work with you and the courier to locate it.

Please note we will not be liable for lost parcels. You will need to issue a complaint with the courier company.
