Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. You will be notified via email if are any significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
A flat $7 shipping fee applies to all orders sent to non-rural delivery addresses. Rural addresses will incur an extra $4 charge.
Hamilton Delivery
Free shipping is available for Hamilton orders.
Estimated delivery times:
North Island: 1–3 business days
South Island: 2–5 business days
Rural addresses: Please allow an extra 1–2 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lash Society is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the courier directly to file a claim.
However, we’ll do our best to help — contact us at hello@lashsociety.shop with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
