A flat $7 shipping fee applies to all orders sent to non-rural delivery addresses. Rural addresses will incur an extra $4 charge.

How long will my lash lift last?
Results typically last 6-8 weeks. Factors such as aftercare and your natural lash growth cycle will impact how long your results will last.
What are the aftercare steps?
-Avoid water, steam and mascara for 24 hours
-Do not sleep on lashes for 24 hours
-Brush lashes and use a serum to keep lashes healthy. Our Nourish solution can act as a serum.
-Do not rub or pull on your lashes.
Can I apply a tint as well?
Yes! A lash tint will enhance your lashes even more. While we don't offer a lash tint kit yet, (watch this space!), tint kits can often be picked up from pharmacies. Apply your chosen tint after step 2 (Fix) and wipe off thoroughly before apply step 3 (Nourish).
Will a lash lift damage my lashes?
This lash lift kit is safe for at home use and gentle on your lashes. A patch test must be performed before use, do not proceed if irritation occurs. Please follow the instruction carefully to avoid over-processing as this can weaken your lashes. The Nourish solution can be used daily to keep your lashes healthy and hydrated.
How long does the process take?
The process can take as little as 30 minutes for experienced lash lifters. It will take a little longer if you are performing a lash lift for the first time. We recommend not rushing the process to ensure you follow the instructions and processing times carefully.
Can I skip the cling film step?
This is a crucial step to ensure the solutions activate effectively and if any lashes have come free from the adhesive, the cling film will ensure they stay on the pad.
Why hasn't the lift worked properly?
If your lashes haven't lifted properly this is often because the solutions have been removed too soon. Please pay close attention to the solution timings.
Another reason could be the wrong pad size was used. For shorter lashes it is best to use the S size for a tighter curl and move up in sizes depending on your lash length.
The opposite effect can happen when solutions are left on for too long. If the solutions are left on the lashes for too long, your lashes can become over curled and weakened. Adjust the timing based on your lash type. Less time for finer lashes and more time for thicker lashes. We recommend starting with less time for your first lift.
